You need to let go of that mom guilt if you’re going to have a happy time at work. Don’t feel guilty about not spending every waking moment with your child, and instead focus on how your positively contributing to your family and the great lessons you’re demonstrating.

You want to know that your child is cared for, so finding somebody your trust is essential. It’ll give you peace of mind however long you’re at work. Ask for recommendations and do plenty of research.
