I couldn’t agree more with both of them, yes Katherine, it is a great step forward to include fathers. And indeed Joanna, wouldn’t it be much better if maternity leave was better paid so it would give us real choice. And totally agree with Joanna when she says it should include many more years, rather than just 46 months. Flexibility as and when you need it.
